Interesting to know whether it was offside and Pigott should have scored first half but one goal in three games is about right in terms of actual chances. Just doesn't look like the correct formation. The right hand side seems to rely on Seth supporting DSY but they're so far apart and crosses are few and far between. Think you actually need someone life Caprice - rangy, can defend and can cross. Will be more interesting in terms of choices when Loza and ter Horst are fit. Back four actually look relatively tight but Orient's first was a bit of a free header. Didn't think it was offside. Delano crossed from the byline and then came back into the penalty area. If you can be offside from that then every winger is out of the game as soon as he crosses the ball. Apart from that we looked pretty toothless up front. Back four looked decent again but weren't helped by two mistakes from the midfield, firstly, Reece totally missing the ball to gift them possession for the first, and Paxman losing the ball in the middle of the park when we were pushing for an equaliser. Apart from that, we played some decent football at times and without the mistakes, and Pigs missing a sitter in the first half should have got something from it.

Interesting to know whether it was offside I've seen the replay and it was - narrowly - offside. You were organised and played well without achieving a great deal of penetration. The second goal made the score line harsh. Sure you'll keep possession a little better when Lewis comes back and start climbing the table. You're certainly considerably more accomplished than Solihull, who were absolute garbage.

Going by Jay's post game interview it wont be anytime soon. Sounds like the injury is worse than they thought...

I was a bit alarmed when I posted a few weeks back, half tongue in cheek, that the squad looked rather thin - and NO ONE disagreed!
Now, here we are, waiting for injured players to be fit before we expect to win games - and not expecting anything out of the first few games because we have a 'hard start'. And already we're hearing "played well, but didn't take our chances" - every game.
Fine, if it was our first season, but it's not - we've been all through this, learnt our lessons, and rebuilt the side almost entirely.
Right, on with the B&A glasses, tell me I'm overreacting and it's too early to worry - you're probably right.
But isn't anyone else out there just a tad concerned?

I'm more concerned with our midfield. Paxman has been awful so far this season. Always going backwards. He doesn't score or create goals so not sure what he is doing in the side at the mo. Our midfielders hardly score and our defence always hits it long and misses the midfield out. Pigott was left on his own most of the game and had no support. We need Loza back asap as need more creativity out wide. How did DSY goal not stand. Absolute joke of a ref and linesman today. Everything went the way of orient.

How did DSY goal not stand. As already mentioned, it was offside. I have noticed in the first three games how absolutely abysmal the officiating is. As much of a culture shock as how cynical the sides have been.

Thought he had a very good game today. Not just me - he is way ahead in the Man of the Match vote of official site.

I can't think of many things paxman did well today. He kept losing the ball, always went backwards and that one time when he should of played willard in easily and then went backwards and the crowd then cheered paxman when he then passed to Willard a few moments later. Paxman needs to improve if he wants to stay in the side as Jay will drop him again like he did on Tuesday.

Motm vote on the official site is a load of bs some of the votes are just for their favourite player regardless of performance. Re paxman he has ability but needs or takes to many touches of the ball to dig it out of his feet and sadly at this level if you take that many touches you'll have an opponent right on top of you taking it away.

Fact is you never achieve 100% success with new signings All looked good on paper but fair to say that a couple of the new players need to improve and quickly Pound to a penny two will be gone by Xmas

No wonder refs get stick when fans see games so differently. Orient fans and management thought we did well.. tough game and we do need to take our chances but i don't think any of our players did badly..some were off the pace but cannot fault effort etc. It is a long season and we have yet to play our strongest XI. I don't think we'd have lost yesterday if Lewis, Finney and Loza had been playing. Thought Richards looked good.
