A little advice re travel etc.
There is some car parking around the ground, in residents bays which are only operational Monday to Friday, However, if you hang over the end of a bay, or yellow line park, you WILL be towed. There is a large car park at Leyton Mills retail estate which gives you 3 hours free parking, and is a short walk to the ground (5 mins). Be warned that the usual route to the ground by car (up the A2, through Blackwell tunnel and off at Leyton exit) means you will pass the Olympic Park and the traffic that results from the athletics being held there is likely to be bad.
Train is best, Leyton station is a short way away from the ground, again about 5 mins. The station is almost opposite the above mentioned retail park which has lots of food outlets, ie Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut etc.
There is a pub close to the ground, the Coach and Horses, which welcomes away fans and you also have Leyton Technical pub again on the walk along to the ground from the station. The supporters club at the ground is a real ale place and MAY be open to away fans, depending on numbers already there. They do rolls and the usual lager etc with the real ales.
Th food in the ground is, to be honest, absolute shite. The usual burgers, hotdogs, and mass-produced pies. Beer is served in the ground,
Away fans are housed in the oldest part of the ground, the East stand. You are in the half of it closest to the Tommy Johnson (or South) stand. This allows for lots of friendly banter. You also will note the blocks of flats in each corner of the ground. Songs usually sung to the residents are along the lines of "we can see you washing up" etc. 😂
The stewards are great, friendly and helpful. Hopefully you all have a good time. I'll wave at you from the home stand opposite, next to where Jay and the management team will be sitting,
Best wishes
Val (match day first aid at the Gallagher)

I went there two or three seasons ago to see them play Sheff U (my how they have fallen) and got parked in a residential street within a ten minute walk. All pretty easy really.

The supporters club may well be at capacity so if you want to drink there, get there early (ie before 1.45pm). Otherwise you are stuck with the C & H or Leyton Technical.

Let's hope there is not a repeat of the score the last time we played there in 1990 in the League Cup when we lost 4-1.

Hmmm so can someone tell me if this is a reasonable excuse to miss saturdays game ? No clues honest in the below 😳Looks like I will be travelling from Stratford to Leyton alone ... yikes ...
Bonjour Ron, I won't go to Leyton Orient on Saturday, I am not paying £20 to watch National Conference football at a club that nearly went bust !!.
