Not lokko's fault Stevenage waited until now to access his release clause. He doesnt want to play for Maidstone and his agent would have been unsettling him over the next few weeks. Read Stuart Lewis's piece in the KM...that is the type of player we want at Maidstone. That is exactly the type of attitude that is needed by every player at the club, sadly I don,t think it is , let,s hope some of Lewis,s attitude rubs off on the other players. Love Lewis he is a great leader but he is 29 and Kevin is 21 with his best years to come. Can't blame him for taking his opportunity

Cheer up. What usually happens when someone leaves is we sign someone better. When have we ever signed anyone better than Danny Lye, Jay May or Monksy? Why does Lokko want to go to a team that we mashed when further down the league? Think how we'd rip 'em apart now.

wonder what the chances are of Dan Sweeney or Kevin Lokko playing against the Stones this season even worse, if either players were loaned out, chances are it will be to a National League team nah, pretty sure stressing over nothing, it could never happen, well unlikely anyhow !

Why does it matter?! Good players yes but hardly stones "legends".

Why even consider it a worry, we have far better midfield players in our squad than Mr Dan Sweeney. As for Lokko, if he was to be put out on loan I think he would have a say on where he goes, and if it were to a NL team he would come back to Maidstone.

Looks like we have been mugged, a bit of Joe Healy here. Is it Dagenham who wanted him originally ? Conspiricy theorys will now abound.

Sorry but some of the faults here lay at Lokko,s feet. At the end of the day he could always say no to a loan move to Daggers. So he,s not Mr Innocent in all this.

That's pretty disgraceful by Stevenage to be honest What? Signing a young player and loaning him out for more game time. Happens all over the place, and I'm sure there's plenty of times we've done it ourselves.
