In the last year many things have changed at mufc a new stand a whole league of new supporers young and old. some of the so called hard core have got a bit of a beating from old school no trouble just a bit over exuberant sometimes but were the ones that do the miles for the team to make them feel at home lincoln was a prime example bad segregation allowed both celebrating supporters to mingle and enjoy a memorable evening so come on its football give us a bit of slack after all were all mufc and long may last night bring football and its supporters together .

Have you not been reading the forum today? People are saying how they enjoyed the atmos created last night. Personally, I was stood pretty much next to Marshy on the drums and those around me created a great and noisy atmosphere. Lincoln fans I spoke to said it was enjoyable. I think the main bones of contention have come with the pyros and the wet coach. TBH the pyros are not something we need as Maidstone fans and I don't really want to see anyone getting fines, records etc for half a minute's smoke at a footie match. The majority of people on here are at pains to point out that drinking on coaches is illegal and, if caught, you face some hefty problems with the law. I'm not entirely sure that the 'wet' coach has had booze on it so maybe a renaming of it would be a good idea (unfortunately the police will investigate things even if it is just a joke name). Once again, I know the organiser of said coach and I don't want to see him getting in trouble and I think others were trying to make this very point. You boisterous young'uns are welcome from most quarters and we do enjoy the atmosphere you bring (although the 90mins of bouncing nearly killed me at FGR!). Unfortunately, us - ahem - more senior folk were you once and we now try to offer you a little bit of wisdom to make sure you ain't in bother. Believe you me it is only ten years ago we were involved in a tug of with stewards to keep a 'slightly' inebriated Shaky in the ground at Tonbridge. So please come, create an atmosphere like last night and we will genuinely enjoy it (for those of us stood at Lydd and elsewhere in the 1990s last night was once a seemingly impossible dream). Just expect us to raise an eyebrow once in a while because that what boring older people do while impetuous young people get reckless at times. It's the circle of life.

While I would prefer you not to arrange your funeral just yet, I would be happy to do a reading at it although I'm still not 100% convinced you would remain quiet for once

The noise and atmosphere created this season is something special indeed but also the good humour it is amazing a huge well done to all the singer's young and old.
