So it's going to be (*traffic permitting tonight as can't leave Waterlooville until 17:30) two games in 5 days, and the plan is to travel on the rattler upto Woking (one stop at Guildford) on Saturday.... Was looking on Woking & Maidstone websites - can't see any reference to all ticket for Maidstone fans....can someone confirm please? Plan is me & the boy, grab something to eat in town then wander across to the ground although I note on www.wokingfc.co.uk/club/directions/ it does advise about Personal Safety.... Looking forward to a good match - will be gritty / nervous and seeing a few familiar faces perhaps for a pint somewhere? COYS

Letting the train take the strain on Saturday leaving Macclesfield at 10.50am and if everything goes to plan should be at Woking's ground just after 2pm and due to be back home in Macclesfield by 8.45pm after hopefully seeing the Stones win.

Sadly won't be joining the Black and Amber Army for Saturday, despite Kingfield once being a regular haunt of mine
But I can ease your fears re personal safety, I would guess that the warning is more aimed at individuals walking through Woking Park on a dark midweek evening, but even then I have never seen any problems.
Not sure whether they are away friendly, but the Sovereigns is a decent pub, and in between the station and the ground

Can anyone advise on car parking near the ground? There don't seem to be many side streets in the neighbourhood. Where on earth did all the miners live in the old days?

Can anyone advise on car parking near the ground? There don't seem to be many side streets in the neighbourhood. Where on earth did all the miners live in the old days? They just used to stack them in a shed until it was their shift again. That was the big problem with Thatcher - when she closed the mines, all those ex-miners were released and have been roaming the countryside ever since, scaring small children and animals.

I maybe seen there twice! When I was last in Woking in July last year, people kept on saying hello to me in an Irish boozer in the town centre, which I thought was very friendly of them, then found out I had been mistaken for a local bloke who drinks in there a couple of times a week!

Is it really a Must Win game. Are we relegated if we draw?

This one was always in my plans for this season, but now subject to a three line whip for a big family gathering for Brother-in-Law's 60th birthday. Gutted.

Is it really a Must Win game. Are we relegated if we draw? No but will make it much harder. It's must win, but must not lose at the same time, I've got a feeling it will end in a draw.
