No incident, just a few lads that had come from Dover to watch the game, as the Dover away day was to far to go.

I know more than anybody else what it was about and to hear the comment that they were a few young Dover fans who came to watch the game because their team was playing away is utter rubbish and need to be explained further !. These youngsters were on the same train as me when I got on it at Ashford International !. They were singing anti Maidstone United songs , calling the town and the club shite ! ... Their intention were to go to the Millwall vs Leicester FA Cup game in London but then changed their mind and alighted at Maidstone East and made their way into Week Street with the intent to verbally abuse people and especially anyone who was wearing a Maidstone United item of wear !. Who were they ? ... A bunch of pretentious young idiots who thought that they could take the world on ... I was gobsmacked to see them in the Town End in the first half swanning about as if they own the place !. At half time the security team at the stadium had already identified them and called the Police present at the stadium who rounded them off to question them about their presence at the Gallagher. I was present when all this was going on and they behaved like thugs , they were acting without respect towards them , refusing to answer any questions except to admit that they were Dover fans !. They were informed that CCTV cameras would be trained on them and that they would risk being ejected from the ground if they were seen to act inappropriately. They decided to split up around different part of the ground. Later on I was waiting for my train to go home , when the same group of youths marched into the station chanting :"Maidstone is a shit hole, we want to go home" and other derogatory songs about the town. They got on the train and nearly caused a fight with people who asked them to moderate their language !. Firstly , if I had known that they would have intended to turn up at our place , I would have stood in the car park until they showed up and would have informed the security or the Police about their behaviour on the train. Maidstone United has always been a friendly club and that's one of the reason I returned to watch and support this club when we returned to the town !. Every clubs has an undesirable elements that will support them , but these young idiots have no place in our stadium.

According to the security officer that I spoke to at half time , they were made aware of their presence, hence why they informed the Police inside the ground and approached them !. They were at least a dozen of them , very gobby, as the youths of today seem to be without any respect for the authorities ... And more often than not they end up being in trouble with the Police !. These types of youths are not welcome in our ground and whoever invited them here should reconsider how to choose their friends ... I shall say no more ...

Thanks for the money towards our survival boys. Hope you enjoyed the four goals. Must have been nice to visit a happy friendly club. Not what you were expecting or hoping for? Well, you live and learn. This is real football; the people's game. Was it nice to see a crowd? doverathletic.freeforums.org/idiot-dover-kids-t5942.htmlAre these the ones?

The fact that they don't have the intelligence to get on the right train says a lot about them too ..... if they got on a train at Dover with the intention of going to watch millwall v Leicester they wouldn't have got on a train going via Maidstone East ! They'd want to get the train heading for Charing Cross .... which wouldn't go via Maidstone ! So maybe that's the reason they ended up at our place ?!
were they the "MacDonalds milk shake slurping Kappa slappas" referred to in TheMaidstone.co.uk match report ?! 🤣

I'm guessing that if they had nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon than spend an hour on a train, going to a place they profess to despise, to pay £300+ between them to watch a football team that they hate, then they aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.
