Ben Greenhalgh, Jack Evans made available for transfer/loan & maybe Callum Driver loan depending on injury to Seth.

Makes sense. Ben was not going to get a look in. If BJT is on the bench, then that pushed Ben even further down the pecking order/
Jack Evans - although willing - was never really good enough for this level is my opinion. Just didn't have enough of an impact.
Callum - I still think he can cut it at this level and I thought he was getting back to his previous levels. Seth is better though, so I suppose it makes sense - Callum needs to play every week.
Squad has a bit more balance to it.

Are you sure CD is on the way out ? For what it's worth, my interpretation was that he needs to get fit after his injury layoff and with Seth available now is the ideal time for him to go out on loan.

In my opinion it has been on the cards for Ben for a while now, he just never quite did enough for me. He was never going to be a game-changer. I think Jack has done pretty well, always did a job (even if he did look like he had just come straight to a game from the pub), but he needs regular football and I guess wouldn't want to be a squad player. The same with Callum, I think he has the ability but we have other options now.
Jay knows he has a fight this season and good luck to all involved. Roll ya sleeves up and get at 'em.

The only problem that I have, is that I am beginning to question Jays ability to get in the players with the quality that we need. He has signed Ben 3 times and now released him 3 times, the number of players signed just this season and found to be not up too the level required is staggering, is our scouting setup not good enough?..

Ben should have thrived on our pitch, but never really has. Maybe the surface or the narrow pitch doesn't suit certain types of players. Once played for a team that won our league in the winter and against the same teams came near the bottom during the summer league due to the fact we couldn't make the most of our slide tackling and getting stuck in on a rock hard dry pitch. Sutton water their 3G before games, but we never do as far as I've ever seen. Having played on our pitch slide tackling can really burn. The technical sides in the national league seem to love playing us at home. As far as Evans goes, I liked his versatility. Did a good job at right back early season and really did have a good shot on him from distance.

So loza Seth Reece not up to it? 3 out of a dozen or more is not a good ratio, mind you we have not seen enough of Reece yet

Careful there fella, you'll have the club's Kommisariat knocking on your front door for daring to criticise Not criticising, just offering an opinion, which is what a forum is about I am led believe Not sure we need to question his ability on signing players. If you listen to his interviews over the months, he asks a player to do a certain thing, and then they continually do the opposite of what is asked, you can't legislate for that. He's acting on what he has said, you don't listen, you'll be out, and good on him for not back tracking. I get peed of at work with people not listening to what I ask of them, so I have some sympathy for him. He's making the best of the resources he has available.
