Good performance from the lads today. Ricky Miller is a class above but we kept him pretty quiet apart from the pen. Don't you just hate it when good players feel the need to cheat. Midfield looked solid with top performances from Pax and Rogers, defence rarely looked troubled and the only thing missing was a clinical finish up front. First half we matched them only to go behind to yet another dodgy penalty. Better side second half and if Loza meant that it was a superb goal, but I'd settle for a fluke, and it was no more than we deserved, and could have go on to win as their keeper made 4 or 5 very good saves. Man of the match, tough one but probably Loza just edges it from Paxman.

I was there - I thought it was a game lacking in quality...but who cares? - we got an unexpected draw!

Judging by all accounts of the match yet again we've played well in one of the more glamourous games, the nearest to a poor performance in any game against a side up the top and/or an ex-league side is still the 10 minute switch off against FGR.
Also it's worth noting that even though we've continued to slide closer to the drop, the gap is STILL at 2 points. This run of poor results started in early October, when I noted we were 9 points above the drop. That's 3 months to fall back 7 points, and were over half way through the season.....we capitalise on the "easy" run of matches coming up, we survive. It's as simple as that, and even if we don't we still have every chance of staying up.

Good result. Radio Kent were very impressed with the way we played - only a soft pen between 1 point and three.
But with Braintree pushing us down to 19th, and the three teams above us all winning, we really need to win on Sunday. We need to make the JWW as intimidating as possible for Dover.
We're not down if we lose, but a win would take the pressure off quite a bit.

No doubt we were the better side today. Every player did their bit, although I wouldn't mind seeing Flisher dropped for Bobby-Joe for the next game.
Anybody know how it kicked off with the stewards?

Not on long enough to rate but he looks tidy on the ball. Not overly fast though.

After we scored everyone we jumping around and a steward got pushed so he turn round and starting shoving stones fans and it all escalated from there.

The lads played well today, Miller is a class act but does he need to dive all the time, apart from the first 20 minutes we was well in the game and deserved at least a draw. Why can't we play like that every week? Another good support today 500+, must say their crabble burger was the best I've had in the league, hard to pick a motm, good draw lads

What an enjoyable match, from start to finish the lads put in a really good shift Driver and Mills stretched at times against x wingers, but hung on in there to play well Coyle and Lokko both strong in the centre with good positional play Loza and Vas both had seriously good games but for me, MoM was Jack Paxman in the end the 1 point we earned was the bare minimum we deserved some close half chances, great saves from the keeper and some good efforts but Flish missed an absolute sitter
ps shame about the stewards, all a bit OTT piling into supporters after we equalised the old bill on the other hand stayed calm and were 'as good as gold'

Steward incident is not worth talking about and especially on a public forum ,if we are to be followed all day by police and stewards I'd rather not do the job for them . Who pays the police overtime on boxing day ?....three from Maidstone hanging around a street corner whilst we drink in a pub for three hours ,and about ten others outside the ground . Surely police funds are much better spent elsewhere .
