Dover away is certainly an away day I have fond memories of Iam really looking forward to this one. The first time we won 4:2. In Rymans south about 400 were there about 20 walked down we had a good old sing song with the Dover boys. Sod the Christmas fixture, here's the 4-2...

What a day out that was arrived in Dover by train at noon. A good old pub crawl with both sets if fans exchangeing banner along the way it was a bloody good laugh. Then 90 minutes of constant singing from both fans leading to a memorial Stones win and such crazy celebrations. The Dover boys were equally good in defeat one even bought me a beer on the way back to the station.

Yep remember the game very well at Dover when we went straight through the Ryman south, along with Chavam, Shittingbourne and Dirtford all in the same division. Some decent pubs on the way through town quality atomshere. I know DaveUpr and Jakeyboi think smoke bombs are bad but I wonder what they make of the use of CS gas as Dover are quite acustomed to that stuff.

In Rymans south about 400 were there about 20 walked down we had a good old sing song with the Dover boys. The second time was over Christmas we lost 0:2. In Rymans premier over 600 of us down there in one of the best atmospheres I can remember with some very witty banter and no need for segregation.coys I remember that Ryman Premier game well, absolutely freezing and losing 3-0. Mainly remember that game for Ben Lewis's 'Superman' impression! To this day I still can't believe how he didn't get sent off for it 😂

I'd forgotten just how blatant Simon Austin's dive was. How the hell did the ref fall for that?

decent preview of the match on Dover's website includes the following information
HITMEN
Whites’ top scorer in the National League this season is Ricky Miller with 24 goals.
Miller’s strike partners Ross Lafayette and Moses Emmanuel both have 9 goals each.
Bobby-Joe Taylor is Maidstone’s leading man with 6 league goals.
says it all really ! starting with zero expectations has its compensations
