Anyway, if Bromley is in Kent, London is in Middlesex. Same 'logic'.

I am calling for NWS to sort this out Careful! That is not a joking matter. Anyway, if you seriously want to summon nws, you first have to draw a chalk circle and then stand inside it and repeat the correct incantations. Only DaveU knows what these are.

Just realised how the NL is dominated by the northern clubs this year. This is the current table, divided N/S: 1 N 2 S 3 N 4 N 5 N 6 N 7 S 8 N 9 N 10 S 11 S 12 S 13 S 14 S 15 S 16 N 17 N 18 S 19 N 20 S 21 S 22 S 23 S 24 S Strange that most of us intuitively know this after briefly looking at the table that we deem posting about this an exercise in stating the bleeding obvious.

You should be grateful - it gives you something to moan about on a dull day.

Wimp.
In the three seasons the Stones have played in the National League we have played:
Dover 4 times - won 0, drawn 3, lost 1 Ebbsfleet 3 times - won 0, drawn 1, lost 2 Bromley 4 times - won 0, drawn 1, lost 3
Irrespective of whether one believes Bromley is in Kent or not the answer remains 0.
Have we not played Bromley and lost at home this season thus P5 w0 d1 l4 ?
So my ongoing quest for perfection remains ongoing and currently as effective as our manager's quest to make the Gallagher Stadium a fortress.

I think jumped is overstating it somewhat. He stepped over the barrier and was immediately restrained by a steward. Not very clever to react to the moronic scum calling him a paedo but looks like a mountain from a molehill.

It's the use of the word "crowd" that puzzles me most...

As we (hopefully) climb away from the wrong end of the table, a couple of possibly unexpected clubs might be passing us going the other way:
Chesterfield drew again today - their 7th in a row (a sequence which began with their game against us) - and they haven't won a game for 17 matches (sound familiar?!). So far, this hasn't affected their league position, but with both D&R an H&W on the same points and improving form, and Maidenhead only one point less and with a game in hand, this doesn't look likely to continue. An extra point from D&R and H&W, and Maidenhead winning their game in hand, and Chesterfield are in deep poo. L2 to NS in one season?
And Barrow, who looked to be having a good season earlier on, have now lost 5 straight games, scoring just 3 goals in the process, and conceding 12. Again, this run hasn't unduly affected their league position, but another loss and a win for us would see them drop below us into 18th - and could make our visit to them on the 8th quite interesting.
And, taking of teams we are due to play in the next few weeks, Eastleigh are becoming the NL dark horses at the moment. Currently 5th in the form table, they have only lost once in the last 11 games - and have won their last four away games. Our game on the 27th could be a harder test than either Wrexham or Macclesfield - especially if our minds are on the Cup game just 4 days later...
