Ha that looks familiar - I was standing right behind you when you took that, thought it was a lovely gesture from DD. Photobombed by the bobbies though - "quick lads strike a pose!" Truly awesome occasion and I've had a few "biggies" with another team but this has to have been one of the best days. Great gesture from Bobby as well to go and share the celebrations with a bunch of "home" fans in the corner, and nice of the officials to let them emigrate. And to cap it off nice to be clapped down the street by a couple of Fleet fans. So glad to have been there (I do feel for those that couldn't be though).

Cheers Edos.
It is great to see your lad (I'm presuming here) enjoying the moment. My biggest reason for following in all those lean years was that the youngsters of Maidstone would get a football team back in the town, just as I had when I was a lad. I hope he enjoyed the day and it is becomes fond memories when he is older, just like Boxing Day 1989, Charlton at home etc etc are for me.

Shouldn't Taylor have been booked for removing his shirt...?

Shouldn't Manny have been sent off for two deliberate handballs (two yellow cards offences). About sums up the standard of refereeing on the day
