To be honest you can't go far wrong with any of them. My favourite is Tandoor Mahalclosely followed by Mughal. The last 2 times I've been to the Shamrat have been a little disappointing.
Bottom line, choose one from a hat, as good a choice as any.

I think the Moghal is a bit overrated, probably because Mr Chowdry treats his customers like royalty. The customer service is better than the food in reality. I also went off the place when he got caught paying illegal immigrants cash in hand - as a business owner who pays his dues that sort of thing pi**es me off.
Agree that the Shamrat is the place for the best nosh.

In my opinion you cant go wrong with The Shamrat or Tandoor Mahal
Only been to the Mughal once & i must say i wasnt overly impressed to be honest
