Can't bring myself to wish for a defeat but I have to say that the fallout n here will make great reading. It's certainly a consolation if we do lose. Anyway. I expect us to get a draw and a foothold in the season after our devastating collapse of recent games.

How many do we think we'll take away for this one? It's the day after my work Christmas party so I'm unconvinced I'll be able to see a football let alone catch a train to the match come Saturday morning...

300 away support - lots of people possibly thinking they will see more action at Bluewater ? I will however be attending and driving up from the fringes of Kents newest garden city.

After the collective kick up the @rse that the players have received and with two new signings surely this is not one to miss. Remember, it's just by Maidenhead BR Station for those who will be full of Christmas spirit & not fancying a drive.

I'd settle for a draw IF we score in the process, and a decent settling-in for the new boys. A win would be a lovely bonus.

Hi Guys Just to let you know all the carparks are free in Maidenhead on Saturday, best one is probably Stafferton way which you will see signposted as you come in.As for pubs The Greyhound (Wetherspoons) is next to the ground Strongbow,Carlsberg,John smiths is £2 a pint.We also have a posher spoons called the Bear which is about 5 mins away which a few of your fans met up in when you beat my team Maidenhead 2.0.As you know the ground is 5 mins from station too.You are the best team I have seen at York road this season & I was quite shocked when we beat you away. Also if you do beat Hayes & want to celebrate the Honeypot lapdancing club is next door to the ground too & opens at 5pm on Saturdays.
Have a Good day Payney.

There's a good chance this'll be the first proper (that is to say I missed Thamesmead, but I went to Bearsted so that balances out in my opinion) game I'll miss this season. I've got back to back Christmas parties and just won't have the time needed to travel there and back. However I'm going to do my best and if not let's hope we win at least.

I'm glad I read this, I had no idea they were ground sharing with Maidenhead so that would have been a nightmare - turning up to their old ground to find a construction site instead of a football pitch!
Either way - Stones all the way on this one: 2 - 0
