Good stuff. Much as I enjoy the non-football diversions, I think it works better when you stick (mostly) to the game itself.
I thought Truro were the best team I've seen at the JWW this season and deserved at least a draw, even a win would have been less than unfair. And we have Worgan to thank that it didn't end up that way - from the Town End they looked all over us in the first half. So much so, that I actually assumed the wind was blowing towards us!
And I agree with your verdicts on Frannie and Brown. TBO had a very solid game (couldn't see the penalty from where I was standing, so I'll pretend that didn't happen) and Frannie seemed much like his old self. I think the side looks more balanced (and more likely to score) with him and May playing together. In fact with Flish (almost) back to form and Brown in the side, it was just like old times!
As for the scoreboard, for most of the supporters young enough to stand for 90 minutes, it was just a mysterious glow in the distance. If it has to stay attached to the van it was on top of, then I can't really see the point. Although I suppose they could turn some of the floodlights off...

We definitely had the wind in our favour in the first half, when their 'keeper could barely reach the halfway line with his kicks.
