I know segregation is going to restrict the capacity a little bit, but their ground holds around 5,000...do they really expect to get 4,000 of their own there, or are they just giving us the bare minimum just to spite us?
Interesting that it sounds like an Ebbsfleet decision rather than than anything else.

So if I don't get a ticket I could chance it in with the ebbsfleet fans

Exactly. This is going to work well isn't it.
Just so they can feel a bit better about the (police enforced) segregation in the first game.
Ridiculous in non-league that a club can afford to turn down £10k+ for the sake of spite.

The problem is that if the game is not all ticket then stones fans will turn up and get in if they can pay on the day posing as Ebbsfleet supporters. Now, I feel I am capable of watching a football match without succumbing to the urge to kick off and start a riot. Can that be said for all stones fans that may try their luck.

Make it all ticket for everybody or not at all. That's ridiculous doing it for one set of support, if our allocation sells out (and a big IF) people will just rock up not wearing Stones colours.

Odd one. Stonebridge Road capacity about 5,000. Their average gate about 900..they give us 800. Must be great to be so bankrolled you don't really care about selling more tickets.

If we can take 700 to Sutton and 600 to Eastbourne, then what potential support could we have at Northfleet?.Maybe the threat of being ejected from the ground if recognised as a Stones fan will put a few off,but some will take the risk. Also how can the Ebbsfleet stewards prove that anyone is not a neutral fan if not wearing any Maidstone United colours?.

No matter what the decision, I have a relative who gets me in free there anyway.

Depends if they've done a deal to get some "spotters" in - but yes, some will definitely take the risk. Ebbsfleet stewards cannot even prove that someone isn't an Ebbsfleet fan if they're not wearing colours, let alone a neutral. Really hope they make more available because it's asking for trouble at the moment.
With no restrictions I'd expect us to take 1200-1400.

Surely the answer is to have a "neutral" area? Not to be confused with the family enclosure of course

Neutrals not allowed. Which is strange given one of their supporters' argument for our attendance in the return game was "derby games always attract some neutrals".

hope it's not raining as we have the swanscombe road end which is a big uncovered terrace. does anyone know the capacity of this end, as it looks like it holds more than 800. also wonder if they'll put on a bar/burger van for us like we did for them.

According to their forum that terrace holds 800, which would make sense at least, but doesn't detract from the fact that there's gonna be space for around 3000 more people in the ground on the day.
