or perhaps getting onto a lighter note, one of the finest tomes i've ever heard at a football match. cold january in 1982, st james' park newcastle, adapted of course for us;
Ah me lads, ye shud only seen us gannin’,
We pass’d the foaks upon the road just as they wor stannin’;
Thor wes lots o’ lads an’ lasses there, all wi’ smiling faces,
Gawn alang the whatman way, to see the maidstone aces.

Or you could just sing the Blaydon races that would confuse the hell out of the opposition

at the match against oxford, there were a few who sang a new akrofi song and it was brilliant. can't remember it so wont try to post , but if they're reading this i'm sure they know who they are. hope they start it again, and give everyone a chance to join in when we pick up the words. they were on the right side, by the way.

We are the Maidstone my friend And we'll keep on fighting to the end. We are the Maidstone We are the Maidstone Too big for this league Cos we are the Maidstone United.
Feel free to change the penultimate line if you don't do irony, or more importantly, if you think the opposition won't get it.
