Brentfords owner is ditching the traditional model of Owner, Manager, Coaches etc and using data driven analytics. (Yes, I see Boro saw a way around this last night) it's an interesting read, hope the forum enjoys it, cos if it works, soon we'll have algorithms managing all our teams.
The data driven approach will be scoffed at by many who think it is a rich man's moneyball plaything.
In reality the football industry is stupid and inefficient, ran by an old boy's club who do things "the way it has always been"- this appeals to the average supporter,who can't see it any other way.
This will actually be really interesting. Probably a disaster, but interesting.
