Not questioning Jay but I thought Rogers was the pick of our midfield today and was a bit surprised that he was subbed. JP not at his best today and would've be a more logical choice in my opinion, especially as P&T weren't the biggest side we've played.

I thought the wrong number was just put up on the board to be honest. Agree it was a strange one, maybe he was carrying a knock but it certainly didn't look like it.

Was a bit odd but maybe he's nursing something. I was expecting George to go if first if I'm honest. He was clearly trying but nothing really working for him.
Pax was a great addition. Great skill in getting the ball out when under close pressure. Future is bright if we keep hold of him after the summer.

Personally, I was very disappointed that Brown didn't start, I would have rested Parkinson or Rodgers in order to make room for him today. I agree with loudmouth, Paxman played great and seemed to be a bit more creative, hopefully his addition will benefit us next season (as this one is almost up)

He must have had a knock because he was having a far better game then jack.

Perhaps Jay just wanted to rest Rogers he has been outstanding this season and with the remaining 'cup finals' maybe Jay just wanted to protect/rest him as much as could be afforded

I agree, perhaps the fact that Rodgers was playing better warranted a substitute. 2-0 up, no worries in the world, why risk it?

For me Rodgers is player of yr and our linchpin, porter should have gone 1st I don't see what he gives us to be honest if rather Ben at least he creates and score but more concerning for me is Watt positional sense he was all over the place and a better team would have explored him

Greenhalgh has the same sort of qualities, however has a problem with decision making, in my opinion.

It's only my opionion but would like to know porters stats how many goals and assist he's got because for me he don't do either and Yh he works hard and is positionally correct just want more from a winger I don't even remember a cross in any game I watch

JP not at his best today and would've be a more logical choice in my opinion, especially as P&T weren't the biggest side we've played. In our three recent Monday games, billericay, Grays and today, Rogers has been taken off in all of them around the hour mark. Maybe he feels the pace two days after a previous game.

Jack Paxman is an interesting player who should be levels above us but has been derailed by various issues ( ? a failed scholarship trip to the USA amongst others ? ). Definitely a hold.
