Flisher's determination on the field gives him something that many players with just as much ability lack. He reaches balls many players never could, he wins the ball in the air against much taller opposition, and he has many other stand out qualities such as his long throws. It would be a huge shame to lose him but he's managing to stand out in a side full of players proven a level or two above where we currently are.
It all depends on how far above us the teams he may get interest from are, we're either good enough or very nearly good enough to get promoted so it won't be long before we're advancing and maybe he'll want to do that with us rather than leave for a Conference South side, maybe Conference Premier would be enough to tempt him though.
