He could have been top scorer last year without spending some time injured and our form in general dipping, plus our system at the time was requiring him to drop back a lot more and miss some scoring opportunities.
Frannie is fantastic at the moment and normally a striker playing that well would be getting all the attention but we've got others like Flish who are on absolutely top form so he's not standing out at much as he should be.
Providing he doesn't pick up an injury I could well see Frannie being top scorer this year.

Frannie is a nice guy and he knows onlly too well himself that at times is luck in front of goal hasn't been going his way; this year the whole team has gelled in very quickly with the new players that came in the summer and it has helped him too. We all want Frannie to carry on "banging" the goals in and in the process win promotion too. If I have appeared critical in the past, I said it how I saw it personally and never meant it to be offensive. Another hat-trick tonight will do nicely ... as long as we don't let them back in this time !! C'MON YOU STONES !!
