I report on Essex non league (so I'll be seeing a bit of you guys this season!). I've been to the Gallagher Stadium (when Concord won the Ryman League Cup) and thought it was excellent. I thought your might like a read/listen to this ahead of your game on Saturday. Cheers, James. ‘Clubs will copy Maidstone 3G model within a decade’ – Canvey manager Danny Heale wp.me/p4UL0X-w6

Thanks James, always good to get other clubs perspective on things, I guess we are pioneers in a sense and while 3G may not be for everyone, it certainly offers something extra for clubs like ours.

Apparently we turn on the team when things aren't going well. Well if that's what they're hoping for lets not give them the satisfaction. Behind the team all the way regardless of whether it's going badly. COYS

We have people who turn on the team even if they're doing well. Especially if they do something mental like passing sideways instead of aimlessly clipping a long ball to no one.

It's a good interview and thanks for posting it, I always find it funny how the "older" players complain of different aches and pains on 3G which may actually have something to do with the way football and techniques were taught a few years ago.
