Poor Jack cant do right for wrong. Reaction can be interpreted in 3 ways.
1. Spat his dummy out at being subbed as he thought he was having a good game.
2. Spat his dummy out at the manager for making a bum decision.
3. Being angry with himself as he knows he had a poor 10 min spell.
Think number 3 would be the answer as he is to professional to consider the others.
As for arguing with the ref and getting in other players faces he is probably no different to Micky Phillips. Take that out of thier game and they may not be the same players. Seems to me that Jack expects the same from himself as he does the rest of the team or he would have walked off and not given a toss.

Yes it is nice to see a bit of passion and pride in wearing the shirt BUT there is no excuse for stupid yellow cards like that. I despair of players when I see them doing it, as it showed last night, they can end up in stupid cards.I also wish more refs would have the bottle to do it.
I would love for them to be taken to a rugby game at any level to see how the refs are treated there. They are in charge of the game, not the players.

Definitely number 3 - But we need to manage referees better as I said last season.

It wasn't the fact that he argued with the ref, lots of players do that. It was the length of time he carried it on despite being warned, when it was clear to just about everyone else in the ground that there was only ever going to be one outcome.

I thought, going forward, we looked better than the previous 3 games, especially in the first half when we put together quite a few nice passages of play. We still look a little suspect at the back when put under a little pressure. However, as has been said, we seem to have a decent attitude about us and are starting to work together as a team. There is lot less hoofball. I thought we took a step forward again last night. Four wins out of four. A fabulos start to the season. Hope we can keep it going Saturday.

You going this time Ade? Have forgiven them for the over zealous stewarding last time you went? It wasn't just the stewarding, Dave. I thught there was a real air of menace about it last time. I found myself stepping in between a few potential fisticuffs and then we had the idiot that decided to come up our end and try and provoke things along with the group stood by the exit at the end of the game trying to provoke people. It wasn't a nice way to spend my Saturday afternoon so I will be voting with my feet on this one,

Even less reason for me to be enticed then, IS. I'm sure it will be all lovely and enjoyable but I just remember that game and other incidents and think...Naaaah

Yehbutnobutyeh... that picture is from the Met Police game! It is never claimed otherwise Au contraire, mon squiffy brave! While I acknowledge that technically your comment is correct, the loud implication is that the photo shows Frannie scoring the opening goal, thus misleading the readers who weren't present at either match. On the other hand, if they weren't there, who cares?
