Taken from the Macclesfield forum, interesting the last sentence, which states the "Conference Rule"......rules are rules !
They do like their votes!
Hereford face a vote by the Conference board this afternoon. If this is unanimous in favour of kicking them out, they are gone. If not unanimous, it goes to the AGM and all the clubs on Saturday, presumably for another vote.
That's the situation as I understand it, might be wrong though.
The deadline for payment of football creditors was 5pm last night. We DEFINITELY missed this, as did Hereford.
I'm not sure what this means, but there is a chance we could start next season in the Evo-Stik or worse.
The Conference rule is that any club that misses the deadline for paying all football creditors in full are no longer eligable for Conference membership. This includes Conference North and South.

oh get it now, My Tonbridge buddy was banging on yesterday that they might yet get a reprieve due to a couple of clubs that could find them selves being kicked out of the conference

As posted elsewhere, would be hilarious if they did with the squad they're assembling. Oh would they be after compensation to pay them off?
Strange, they finished in the drop zone, do they not know the rules? I do so hate it when teams try to bully the conference

You mean like we did with the 3g? No no, that was more like an attempted mugging.
