Yes - games!
The Supporters v Directors game is now effectively a trials match!
The Gallagher Stadium has been booked for 2 hours on Monday 30th June at 6:30pm for a match between iMUSC and Gillingham Supporters FC. Whilst this will obviously be a friendly, we cannot roll up with a 35 man squad for this one! 16-18 is the likely squad number - but as yet this has not been agreed. The cost of the ground hire needs to be covered so there will be a £10 charge per player. We can obviously discuss this in greater detail at the Directors game on the 20th, but if you are interested in this match get in touch on here or to ant@imusc.co.uk to register your interest.
As well as this, we have been invited to a Supporters Football Tournament on Saturday 12th July. This is 11 a side, playing 22 minute games, with a minium of 4 games deending on how we progress. It is in aid of one of Maidstone United's official charities, Macmillan Cancer Support. This takes place at UK Paper Sports Pavilion in Sittingbourne. There will be 16-20 teams playing, including entrants from Wimbledon, Watford, and even Roma! Entrance to this is £50 per team, so only a few quid each. Matt Bruce is looking to run a team for this tournament and we need to give an answer ASAP so if you're up for this one get in touch with him on here (shatty82) or via email, mafubruce@gmail.com
Cheers, Ant

Will put you on the shortlist James, However just to point out it is iMUSC vs Gillingham Supporters, so all must be fully signed up members - forms can be downloaded from www.imusc.co.uk and will be available at the Directors game

'We cannot roll up with a 35 man squad'
That is because that size of squad would leave us with no players in breath for 55mins. We need a 90-man squad

Sounds good but shame the kick off is so early working in London makes it a real challenge. If the ground is free wouldn't a 7.45 kick off be more sensible?
