Not sure about Bowyer and also with the injuries we have had a well worn seasoned pro may be a problem however if there is one with passion and real hunger and remains in decent shape while going cheap then hey why not?

Frustrating and disappointing given the lofty position that we enjoyed for the majority of the season, but let's be honest! Before a ball was kicked in the 2013/14 season, we would have been pleased with a projection of how the season finally panned out.
Agreed that Jay has to use the experience of this season to his advantage and I hope that he will.
It is good to see so many of our players committing themselves to the cause next season and beyond. I hope that Jay has success in convincing those not yet signed up to follow suit.
I also hope that the Club's intended growth attracts a few players who would strengthen the squad. Players who are not chasing money, but who want to play for a decent side on a great surface in front of a fantastic home crowd!
Agree with the comments about a decent right sided winger too. If Cox is re-signed and a suitable player is signed/promoted into that position, we will be as strong as any side on that wing, with the left side of Mills/Butcher and Flisher equally strong.
A strong centre-back pairing is also essential to the cause, which will allow greater adventure on the flanks from two attacking wing-backs.
A strong ball-winning central midfielder added to the guile of Phillips (if he re-signs) and Brown, would add some protection to the back four sadly missing at times this season.
Orlando being back and fit would complete a midfield which could then be the best in the League next season.
Finally, a re-signed Attwood, a fit and returning to form Collin and an additional experienced/quality striker will see us challenge any of the teams in the Division next year.
Versatility is also a key issue. JP's contribution in that department has been invaluable this season.
The increasing experience of our Academy players has also been invaluable and puts us in a great position for many seasons to come.
Looking ahead to next season, a playoff position is the minimum requirement for the year, but let's hope to get promotion automatically!
COYS!

If the Bowyer talk was true, then we should still pursue that. I think you'll find that story was circulated on 1st April!
