Hornchurch and Lowestoft will both win at home today so I fear that we will be disappointed at 5pm.
We must remember that it has still be a decent season with a nice cup win to boot.

Agreed. And I think we will be far better equipped, in every sense, to deal with the Conference in August 2015.

Can't we play a true play-off as a friendly against Dulwich? Neither team deserved to miss out and did very well in their 1st season in the premier. Although we hope they don't beat us by one point for the 3erd time next year!

It was harder than we thought, and we weren't quite up to it. But hopefully this will have done us some good - I'm not sure the team we were this season would have survived in the Conference.
Looking forward to August already!

Yes a very disappointing second half to the season so long in the top five just to fall away like we did. Right next season firstly we need a settled back four something we never had this season to many injury prone players. Secondly the midfield apart from Flish and Mickey I would offload the rest of our midfield with a bit more beef two good experienced passing playmaker type players and two a strong experience tackling ball winning type player's and right sided player that gives us what Flish gives us on the left. As for forwards I wouldn't change nothing three class forward that need better service. As for Lee Worgan total class player of season by a mile we are so lucky to have him. I very much hope mistakes will be learnt by this season because Jay is no longer a new manager so I hope he will be quicker to change thing when it going pear shape. COYS better next season

Midfield didn't do it's job defensively today especially on the right. Cox was left exposed time and time again and despite all our possession, we would have lost but for Worgs, by far the busiest of the two keepers.

Every game when Mickey wasnt playing we struggled in midfield we have been out muscled and out played in the center many times I think we got away with early season because we were scoring lots more goals back then plus Steve watt was fit.

What's that sound?...Ah, yes - an enormous sigh of relief from the respective headquarters of the FA, Conference and Football League..... Yes we have let the conference off the hook for now..
