I truly believe our group of players are the second best in this league so the question I keep asking is why is it that teams with players less able then ours keep out preforming and often beating us? What do you base your thoughts that we have the second best group of players in the league on? Do you have an intricate knowledge of the Bognor, Dulwich, Kingstonian, Hornchurch and Lowestoft squads then. That's about 100 players or so you're talking about there, a number of ex pros, many players who've played at a higher level than we're at. So tell me, just how good is the back up right back for Lowestoft, better or worse than Jack Sullivan? I mean you must know all about their squads in some depth to be able to make such a sweeping statement about these other teams. By the way, this is also a big change from your thoughts in the summer as it's the same group of players you thought would finish mid table before the season began!!

Got to say it's great to see so many people coming forwards with their thoughts on the mythical Plan B! Funny, I'm sure some even mentioned a plan X, Y or Z as well!! Still it's clearly easier for some to moan and bash the manager than it is to outline exactly what they'd do differently. So far this season the mythical Plan B has been: Jay should shout louder, don't 'hoof' the ball, get in better players and improve man management and motivation. All ground breaking stuff, why didnt I think of those!!

What's petty about asking about what backs up someones knowledge and opinion? It's not like the sweeping statement being made was in order to run down the manager of the team we support...oh hang on

You're welcome to your opinion Trigger, if you think 30 seconds typing 4 lines is time and effort then fair enough. I'm not trying to show anyone up, I'm just tired of people bashing the manager. We havent even finished the bloody season yet!!

This place is horrific at times. The illiterate mess' that want "sum passhion innit" sack him brigade who do themselves no favours. Then you have the message board wags who just seem to bury their heads in the sand saying that everything's tip top. It's not though is it? Granted I missed the last game, but they've not been great to watch of late. I'm sure jay will sort it. However, if he doesn't... Is there a group in the middle that I can be part of, unless I'm a Wag, is that posh for a w*nker, I've been called one of those a few times I know that will surprise some people

I'm not a great football tactician, but plan A seems to be working well so far.
Build a new stadium, fill it, live within our means, win a promotion, get within a sniff of the play-offs in a higher league, improve the squad and position every year, slowly and carefully expand the ground for the future.
Where did it all go wrong?

As a club plan B that's fantastic, absolutely the right way to go, as someone who spent many seasons at Sittingbourne and Ashford I'm delighted to be where we are, also having watched just about every home and away in our last visit to the Ryman Premier we have nothing to feel unhappy about However, we aren't in those dark days anymore, and as supporters if we have an opinion that isn't a ‘Jay total love in’, this is the place to discuss it. I'll say it again, I'm not calling for him to be sacked this season, but all is not as great as some will have you believe I've seen all but the Canvey game, which was re-arranged to a date when I was on holiday, and whilst we've has some good results I can't remember too many when we've been really entertained. There have also been too many when we've been out thought by the opposition dug out All I'm trying to point out is whilst our first season back in the prem will probably see us miss out on the objective, improvements must be seen. Yes we've has injuries but all clubs get injuries our second half season point tally is very disappointing If you only want to sit on your hands and say everything is great that's fine, but don't knock those with a different view!
