Thank you NWS - I think I should get 2 applauds, firstly for putting up with Shakey in the car (though on the way back he fell asleep and was catching flies, almost took a photo!) and secondly for freezing my bits off, especially second half, but hey ho, we won so it's all good.
Nobody will start a chant about going though, cause it weren't nearly as good as the Halifax trip, which I went to as well, boom, you part time supporters, rubbish, call yourselves fans?! ;D ;D ;D

I'm sorry I couldn’t make it. I like the midweek away trips but had to work later than planned unfortunately, never mind. But really it is those that went to Halifax that should get an extra special mention and I think the club should recognise their commitment to the club by parading the Halifax crew around the pitch during HT of one of our home games before the end of the season. That loyal bunch deserve at least that or maybe even an open bus tour of Maidstone behind the championship winning stones as they are paraded around town. I didn’t go to Halifax either by the way ;D |
