I know they have their own section but it seems it would be missed if I posted in there.
Does this organisation have a website? How do you join? How much does it cost? What are the benefits? How many members does it have?
It seems the club is doing good work on the coach travel side and has the football team but they have a low profile. We have 2,000 regular fans and many more less regular.
Does the IMUSC meet with the club and exchange info and ideas?
I feel like the fans should have a bit more of an input (or at least dialogue) with the club.
It seems there is a lot of stuff discussed on here and previously on the FB page (before I was booted off) that would be useful to discuss with the club, if they are game?
Just wondering...

iMUSC is a fiver to join. There is a benefit if you take coaches to games as you get the reduced price. You can join by seeing Tim at the ground. Many people join at the point they take a coach.
At a guess there are around 200 members although I don't keep this info.
Most funds are raised through coaches and membership fees and this is used to help with projects such as the TV gantry or sponsoring kids teams.
Tim (chairperson) does have some dialogue with the club to make suggestions although I think this is more informal. He might correct me on this though, as I'm not entirely sure.
I hope this helps.

He might correct me on this though, as I'm not entirely sure. No you've got most of it right! I do meet with Oliver on a regular basis with other committee members, we have a discussion about issues our members have Whilst we have a website, we don't use it, as any decent website needs to be updated with information and that takes time, which we are all short of However, that may change as my son, a web designer, has been working on a new website for us, mainly dealing with coach bookings as he witnessed the hell I went through with the cup coaches! Our greatest achievement was probably the much heralded Genco stand, this was going to be standing at the bottom and seats at the top! After discussions with Oliver, the plans were changed to what we see today! Oliver has also asked my mine and our members views on managerial departures / appointments, ticketing situations and other topics that we have been aware of We are grateful to Oliver for his time, but we get great support from Ian, Bill, Bob and the rest of the office team There will be an AGM at the end of the season, it will be (as always) announced on here, please come along and see what we do!

Good to see Oliver happy to work with and listen to iMUSC. I think the reason why iMUSC doesn't have the high profile of other supporters' association is simply because the club is run well, communications with the fans are (mostly) good, and there isn't really anything to get bothered about. We should be very happy indeed that they 'just' run the coaches! On which subject, as Tim is standing down this season and will no longer be responsible for running the coaches, I'd like to say a heartfelt 'thank you' for all his work over the years. And I'm sure that goes for all the other coach users, regular and casual. Especially those of us who wouldn't get to far-off away games without the coaches - I've had several very enjoyable days out (and a few not quite so enjoyable!) over the years that I would never otherwise have had.
