It seems to be that those supporters in favour of the status quo are exclusively seated in the Main Stand. All right for them, some of us live in the real World. For your information, I sit in the main stand because I have an old knee injury that gets extremely uncomfortable standing for two hours. I have as much grasp on real life as you. If the information I quoted is out of date it’s not my fault so don’t start taking your malcontent out on me.

So the club make money from the barrier that f''ks up the best stand in the stadium, and forces a load of fans to watch from the sidelines without a decent view. Maybe the money pays for the new pitch This is such a load of bollocks. Everything about segregation and the way the Genco is carved up makes you dispair.

You don't have to be a toff to sit in the MS, BUT it is the terrace lot who have to put up with the segregation aggro and losing a chunk of OUR STAND to away fans.

Thats the point really. Just a bit annoying to read all the messages from MS's complaining about Stones supporters, thinking we know nothing about the ground layout, segregation and so on, when we are the ones most affected.

It’s also pretty annoying being moaned at because I notice and remember communication from the club and pass it on. Don’t have a go at me if you don’t like the message, I’m only repeating stuff I’ve heard/read in the past.

Behaviour bingo anyone?
Smoke bombs. Objects thrown. Kids making wanker signs. Idiots not able to handle their drink. Twatting around in the yellow hatched zone. Fighting in the trees. Fans crushed and taken to hospital. Police standing on the exit steps. Songs about Star Security. Families stood on the stairs because their kids can’t see the game. Dead names flashed on phone screens. Kids running or hiding around town in groups after the game. Someone in the wrong area. Away team winning the toss causing overcrowding as everyone heads for the Elvis End. Someone climbing on the hooligan barrier sponsored by Genco. Some moron being ejected protesting I dindoo nuffink.
All completely not predictable.
And for a bonus prize, Oliver (blessed be his name) blaming away fans for our own idiots.

If the game is not entertaining, or not going our way, then a line, or even a full house could be filled quite quickly.

Going by the comments, this is a regular type of experience for away fans at Chatham.

To put it into perspective, we played Sarfend last week, they had 1750 fans following them,we had 2400 following us, the behaviour reported between the 2 sets was immaculate, good rapport, and no hint of trouble. No argy bargy, no foul language , no skirmishes. The police and stewards reported the friendliest game of the season.. It CAN be done.

Fans seemed to get on with each yesterday, mainly enjoying the demise of Dartford.

Didn’t see any issues on Monday. I wish they’d drop the awful new song though. In whose world have we conquered the whole of non-league.
