Not much to say really. We are crap and County already have 100 points and 100 goals. Prediction forecasts heading toward a cricket score... Hard to see otherwise. If County put out their first team, they will be intent on making a statement, in the hope of rattling Wrexham later. If they play their second team, they will want to make up for us knocking them out of the FAT. Oh yes and 5-0 at their place. Anything less than an absolute drubbing will be a result, methinks.

Not that it makes a difference but we only lost 3-0 at their place and of course we drew 2-2 before going on to win on penalties in the Trophy.

The title isn't won yet so it has to be the first team. Notts are sometimes a little vulnerable away from home but that is against reasonably good sides and not the shower of shit that we are,we can't score,we can't defend and our midfield is not the strongest I've ever seen. This game could go 2 ways ,they have a bad day and win 1-0 or our record defeat could be in serious danger.

Just had a look at the odds and the bookies have us at 9/1 to win and a remarkable 5/1 to draw, I can't ever remember seeing a draw at such a high price. Notts are 1/5 all of which means the bookies think you should all stay at home and save £19 because the game is already over.

Welcome to the anticlimax of the season. Last home game against a club we would have once relished playing as a reward for the hard work of promotion. We knocked them out of the trophy and gave Wrexham a run for their money at home, but it just was never enough. Maidstone will just want this over and done with. Also for Notts fans, keeping the dream of automatic promotion alive but knowing they’ve probably already conceded that. Hope everyone gets some enjoyment from the day. We live to fight another day.

It wouldn't be so bad if the "Maidstone Nil" part wasn't so inevitable.

There is one positive aspect of todays game and that is the money they not only bring to us but to the town centre as well. The pubs and food outlets should be making a pretty penny today providing our wonderfully inept police force leave the fans to enjoy themselves.

Two positives, the guy who's walked from Nottingham to Maidstone has raised over 2.5k for cancer research.
