On Wednesday I was threatened and called a cu@t by a pissed up wanker who wanted a fag, I tried to tell him i didn't smoke and so he told me he'd take £20 to go and buy some instead. Now if these tossers are like that with a man who is just shy of 6ft tall an 26 stone what chance would any young woman have if it had been her instead of me. |

hbs seems overly sensitive about threads being in the wrong place. Perhaps he'd feel a little less so if he moved his 'look at me!' politics thread to where it belonged?

What a difference a year makes. Dartford currently 15th with one win in six. Can we assume another sell out crowd with people standing in the aisles and watching from the trees? We are carrying several minor injuries, so a chance to rest key players against lesser opposition. Could be tough to get something out of this one. |

The stats say 'easy' win for us, maybe even the two goals clear that we need to go second.
Post cup hangover + arctic weather says f**k knows.
I shall be there, layered up, and expecting just about anything from a pathetic loss to another 4-0 to the MIGHTY Stones. How many will join me is anyone's guess...

It wont be a sell-out tonight as the demand was for the Fa cup game. This being a league game won't be as in demand, plus its an evening game and colder. |

Not the greatest game, but we did just enough. Bone made the difference when he came on and everyone put a shift in without really clicking. Understandable after Saturday and that makes it a a very worthy three points.

Watching this, we’re a good NLS side, with players just a little quicker, better and fitter than most our opponents. Should be good for the play offs, but nobody is catching Yeovil.

Dreadful game. We started well then went to sleep. We ended the first half well.
Second half was just terrible and we didn’t get going. Managed to score two goals from two good crosses and Dartford fell asleep for both. Great to score when we hadn’t really built any pressure.
They huffed and puffed after that. I think they went too long too early as I am sure they saw they had the physical edge.
Overall a great 3 points against a Dartford that play much less football than previous Dartford sides. They will be kicking themselves I am sure.
I do think the side needs freshening up going forward. A passing midfielder to get the ball to Rush and the wingers, a dominant centre forward.
You just cannot fault the effort from players and fans though. That was impressive after the weekend
