Not a terrible display by most of the team and i believe we created more chances than Woking. Unfortunately Pattinson, Deacon and Mersin were terrible, which tipped things in Woking's favour. Imagine my surprise when Hak hooked Jack, who looks our only decent striker.
The ref bottled a decision when fawole beat their last defender and was dragged back. Didn't even give a free kick.

Played well. Lucky to be ahead but then played some good stuff.
Thought a point would have been fair.
Mersin will get some pelters and he didn’t really cover himself in glory. Defending wasn’t great.

Bromley v Yeovil abandoned! "Medical incident in the crowd" according to Bromley's Twitter. "A supporter has died at Saturday's National League game between Bromley and Yeovil, prompting the match to be abandoned, reports BBC Radio Somerset.
Play was first stopped after six minutes to allow the fan, who was in the home section, to receive treatment.
After a brief resumption, the game was halted again after 11 minutes and the players returned to the dressing rooms.
The match was finally abandoned around 50 minutes later just after 13:30 GMT, with the score goalless.
Medical staff from both teams offered the supporter assistance before paramedics arrived shortly afterwards."www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/63765169

Mersin was shite but Stones had more than their share of poor defending and missed chances.

Disappointing to come away with ziltch today and yet - - -. Stones missed 4/5 decent chances. Defence looked iffy at times but Sandford does make a difference. How many goals would Woking have put away if he hadn't been injured ? Maybe just the 1.

I have avoided commenting on social media for several months now but feel compelled to now.
FFs Sandford has already proved his class but how does Hadler still be behind Mersin in the pecking order. Hadler done a decent job for Stones last season yet Mersin has been average at best (well below average for national league imho) but keeps Hadler out of the squad. It doesn't add up ! I am a fan of Hakan but it is starting to look personal between him and Tom and I think us fans deserve an explanation to why Tom has been completely sidelined.
Also regarding matters at Bromley, deepest condolences to any friends/family of supporter who sadly died but I don't understand why a game should be abandoned ? If I die watching Maidstone or Reading and the ambulance services have done their job please don't stop the game.

Hadler is injured. maidstoneunited.co.uk/2022/11/25/update-from-the-medical-team-25-nov/As for the fatality at Bromley, that’s what makes non league different. Someone dies in the crowd at Old Trafford, the game goes on. Someone dies at the Gallagher, chances are a high percentage of the crowd know them. It’s like people who complain when trains stop after someone jumped on the track.

Maybe, just maybe. Personally, I don t quite get the Hadler thing. The club report about him being unfit pretty much the whole of the season. Just doesn't sit credibly with statements made by Hak when he has compared the 2 keepers over a number of months. Neither does it fit closely with stuff that comes from insiders. Believe what you like.
