I notice that Omotayo, who made five loan appearances for us in 2017/18, scored the winner for King's Lynn against Doncaster Rovers in their FA Cup tie.

And Joe Pigott scored for Portsmouth. 5 years to the day he was scoring for us against Cheltenham.

And Cheltenham once again turned over by lower league opposition (Alvechurch) on Saturday!

Signed by Wheeler on loan from Bury Michee Efete and Gold Omatayo were both great potential talents sadly under used and not developed by the Stones but went to find their feet elsewhere, and slipped through our fingers. Good players, both.

On the telly on Saturday' FA Cup match. Myles Pearl Harris played for Forest Green on Saturday against Alvechurch in the live FA cup game and I watched the second half in a pub sitting next to his 67 year old grandmother who was visiting Tonbridge on a day trip from Chiswick. Absolutely nothing to do with Amotayo or Stones but just weird.

Good players, both. I remember Michee Efete playing against Dulwich for Hungerford and Wealdstone, he always impressed me. I noticed Dan Sweeney fouling someone inside the box and getting away with it for Stevenage. Good to see his agent finally found him a top club!
