Medical hat on here...
Yes Saturday is going to be very hot. Please make sure you eat regular small meals and PLEASE drink lots of water.
You can still have your beers etc but you really need to drink water as well as alcohol dehydrates you very quickly meaning you will fall over and miss the game.
Sun cream is a must. Factor 50 is recommended and please wear a hat!
Heat stroke or heart exhaustion are no fun.
Be sensible and enjoy the game ๐ค๐

I had heat stroke in the Canaries once (fnar, fnar). It was no fun. No real warning (unless you count being stupid as a warning), then suddenly felt like shit and within minutes could hardly walk. Luckily, our apartment was only a few minutes away and a few hours in the dark thinking I'd got the worst flu ever did the trick. Girlfriend of the time not impressed - cost me a posh dinner that I couldn't afford, to get back in her good books...
Given the temp forecast for 3pm Sat is 35, I'm rather surprised this is going ahead. Might have to watch the second half from the TE - our seats (right at the top) are a death trap once the sun reaches them.

Yup main stand hotter than a blast furnace after half time on even a moderately warm day.

Fortunately these high temps currently in UK terms have only been accompanied by 20-35% RH and as such only feel like 35 deg.C. However do follow Val's very appropriate advice above and also try to stay in the shade as much as possible. Sorry mainstanders.
For reference, because of the 90% RH in Hong Kong, 35 deg.C genuinely feels like 45 deg.C (if you all remember your steam tables from school) and one ends up sweating profusely after a short walk which doesn't happen here.

So good, you posted it twice... Good spot on the RH - very unusual for us. Comparing here to Hungary, 35 is a nice temperature out there because the RH is much lower, but here - normally - it's stiflelingly hot. 25 is a decent summer's day here, but in Hungary it's what we have our AC set to!

Will we be allowed to bring bottled water with us? Or do we need to be ripped off for water inside the ground?

(Decided my parasol and beach blanket was too much)

The young uns wont be smart enough to bring water in with them. If your smart enough to bring water in, your surely not silly enough to throw it away

Not ten o'clock yet it already feels bloodybuggery hot in town. Shops in town with Aircon are real havens. Never mind a new Town End, we need an indoor stadium with Aircon. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Well, at least York aren't a bunch of Neanderthals and thus far will be pretty pleased with their trek down south. Right wing/right back look dangerous every time they go forward. As for Stones, Cawley is clearly the man in charge at the back - "Go left Gav, go left Gav. Go f**king left Gav!" Thought Booty was playing very deep until I realised he and Cawley are not dissimilar. Anyway, plenty of effort, as we've come to expect, but our crossing is still not good enough. Not one has led to a shot on target... Deacon, Booty and Corne look classy enough, but not sure Jack Barham should be out on the right wing. Alabi puts himself about, but would rather see Jack in the middle and Pattisson on the right wing. Both have the pace and strength to worry the York defence more than the current set up.

Right move Hak, we already look more threatening. The ref was nicely anonymous first half, but is letting York get away with too much now.
