The table at post 3 on page 1 has been updated.
Despite the fact that defeat was utterly inevitable, the excitement continued at the top with both Raymondo and nws picking up five points for a bang on prediction to keep their grip on the top two spots. Oldboy73 was the sole climber on the day also picking up five points for the 4-0 scoreline. Serial optimist Bernie stuck to his guns and whilst missing out on the two points a Stones win would have won him, he did pick up 2 points for being nearest the attendance on the day.
As Madness once said, tomorrow's just another day, and this summer will bring the reality of life back in the NLS. On the bright side Bernie and Hongkongstone may pick up more points for predicting positive outcomes, but will the Stones be as reliable for all those who reaped the reward of predicting defeats next time around?
Have a good summer everyone, see you in August for the next thrilling instalment, but for now we leave you with the final table for this season and heartiest congratulations to Raymondo.

Is Raymondo our new owner then with his riches?
As winner of the prediction league he is clearly the man for the job.

Blimey - I was 13th despite not playing for most of the second half!
There are 33 players who need to take a good look at themselves!
Thanks for running this, Yorkshire Stone - should be more fun next season...

Mid-table mediocrity for me. Fans deserved better. I'll work hard during the break, re-asses my approach and come back stronger next season.

I finished 6th and I blame my owners for lack of investment and poor beer supplies during the close season.
