Has anyone had an email about renewing for next season? Nothing in my inbox from the office since the one about the Supporters Evening last month. Don't want to miss the boat on this! No nothing yet. On the flyer on the tables at the supporters evening I think it said e-mails would be coming out this Tuesday

Got my email today - but not from the club, from something called 'Ticketpass'.
OK, if this helps the club, but it feels a bit impersonal - not helped by the fact that they got my ticket wrong!

And mine. My daughter bought one for herself and also assigned one to me. Both are in her name! We will probably now have to contact Ticket Ass or the club

Just got the email and renewed my ticket. Not a great user interface and the confirmation email was one of the worst I've seen.

Mines also wrong as they have it as 2 adult tickets where it should be 1 adult and one youth for my grandson who’s 13. Have messaged them so see what happens.

I assume it's the club rather than ticketpass who will be sending them out as I was never asked for any address details. Not a renewal but 2x tickets in the main stand purchased for me and TC. Assuming it’s all logged on the phone rather than anything physical to be sent in the post 🤷♂️
