The nuisance ticketing is why I was at Herne Bay and not Dartford. Does anyone know if they were selling tickets at the club shop on the day? I saw someone mention it

Trust me Ade, they were pretty hostile today and were 'ganging' up, en masse to cause trouble outside afterwards. There had been some exchanges with the gob-shiets on out RHS in the 2nd half when they were still chasing our goal lead and trying every trick on the pitch, but fortunately the Police were on hand like at Gravesend and Northfleet and handled the kids well.

Not sure about welling yet. Clashes with a family event so probs not. Going to Hemel next week and as an st holder don't have to worry about tickets for the home games so will be there for both.

Was not sure if it was a bad performance from us or you played that well, but looks like you be champions this season as much as it hurts me to say well done, especially after your poor run we still seem to be on ours and not sure we will do that well in play offs,

Dorking are seemingly scoring for fun at the moment. If they don't catch us it's hard to see any other playoff winner. Conversely, if they do catch us, I fear the disappointment may affect our performance in the playoffs, and our fantastic record against Kent rivals must surely come to an end at some point. Our best chance is to go up as champions, your best chance is if we don't.

King comes across as a right moaner sounds like he could be a poster on their forum.

Now it seems if we end up runners-up, we've blown our only chance of promotion.

There's always room for the unexpected. What I had an issue with was supporters who seemingly actively wanted us to drop points so the final game was more exciting for them.

It's not that I don't think we can win the playoffs, but they're a lottery where one off day can see you miss out and I'd rather not go through that again. You only have to look at what happened to Ebbsfleet, first against Dover then a year later against us to see that the team finishing highest in the league doesn't always win.

They've not been over 10 minutes for years now, I much preferred the longer format we used to get. Perhaps it's some sort of NL restriction?

SL said our pen was a miss and Barham put it over the bar, but it was actually a pretty good pen - saved by their keeper! In fact, if the highlights are a good representation of the game, their keeper almost single-handedly saved them from being thumped.
