Or in this case the turn has been Corne-red. We need him to stay fit and not suspended at the moment. I've always liked Sam but this season he's really matured into such a fantastic footballer and athlete. So consistent and dependable. I'd be surprised if teams above don't start sniffing around sooner rather than later.

I missed the match as I've been away. Talking to some of the blokes I know it sounded like you deserved it. As I said on another post somewhere people are never happy when things are going wrong, sudden dips in form hits all teams, a lot of your posters calling for the managers head, he doesn't know what he's doing etc, all of a sudden he's great again after a couple of wins. I never doubted you'd get back on track, but no doubt you will slip off the rails again at some point. It's our managers turn now for the flack, suddenly the manager is crap, the players are crap, the system is crap etc. I still think we are a good team including the management and we will be in the mix at the end of the season.

Fleet don't look fly away winners at present but def 'in the mix'. In truth favored to finish above Stones, but you never know, stranger things have happened.

Three strikers in the Ishmian Premier on 14 goals. On our tight budget and with quality strikers hard to come by unless you can afford to spunk 'real' money, if I was Hak I'd be looking one step down the ladder to see if there is anyone there we could pick up. For me, you've a much better chance they will score than signing a striker from a bigger club who got a few goals for Tooting and Mitcham before being signed to make up the numbers in Charlton reserves. Given the fact from open play, we couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo at the moment, it would be worth a try. What we need is someone like this lad Muhammadu Faal who plays for Enfield - 24 years old, has scored 14 in 15 this season. He had a spell in the FL playing for Bolton and Barnet which wasn't successful, but who cares if he can do it at this level. What we cannot do, is nothing. Good point deleted member. Faal is looking a great prospect.

Faal is looking a great prospect. You must spend hours trawling through the forum! Good find, though. But is it the same Faal? He was 24 then? He looks younger than that now!

There’s this great button at the top called search. Not surprisingly, there’s not many results for Faal.

Divs still think I keep a spreadsheet or look through lots of posts to find things, despite me telling them (for over half a decade) about search. It usually come when they have contradicted and/or embarrassed themselves
