From Swindon eh? Might be a good signing seeing as how there's a slew of FA charges against the club for various misdemeanours at the moment. This kind of background does often see decent players jumping ship.

The replies to the announcement on Twitter certainly make for interesting reading........Swindon fans really seem to hate him.

Swindon seem to be in dire trouble with no manager, debts including to the Inland Revenue, embargo on paying for players, no more than one year contracts and 6 month for loans. Perhaps Taylor could smell the coffee (pun?) and could see that he would not get p[aid regularly. This signing does give Hak the option of playing 3 at the back or maybe use him as a stopper in front of the back 4.

Another worthwhile addition. Unlikely to be in the first choice X1 but will def get matches under his belt, probably quite a few. Boosts an already good looking squad.

I was going to say what do Swindon fans know then realised that they hates the gills so actually are a smart bunch. Thing was a 20 year old centre half in a poor team with lots going on behind the scenes, dropping down two leagues might work out for him, we can only wait and see.

I don't think I've read such negative opinion on a player from the supporters he left behind. A bit worrying to say the least. Still give the lad a chance, hopefully it's just a difference of expecations between the different league levels. We will see.

Swindon fans are notoriously ruthless with their opinions, something I admire. However I don't like having bricks thrown at me so have not been back since getting hurt back in 1986.

I was on the away end (half an end and a bit of side to be exact) in 1987 and bricks were getting thrown in from behind the ground (allotments) - the fragments of which along with coins were then thrown back and forth into the other (home) half of that end. Not nice.
