Maybe they will have a year or two to get their act together as there are only a handful of clubs eligible.
Interesting that they are establishing a direct link between leagues under the Junior and Senior structures, I think the first one.
In the East of Scotland a load of clubs had to resign their junior league and join the senior East of Scotland league, a much lower standard for many. If you look at the make up of the EOS premier it is mainly recent ex junior clubs and when Kelty joined the EoS from their junior league they regularly hit double figures (including 11-1 the day I saw them)
