There are plenty of footballers with talent, but without the right coaching, mentoring and the absolutely essential right attitude, they can't make it work. Add in having the right team to play with on the pitch and it is easy to see why success is a bit of a lottery. Arguable that Maidstone has not been set up to enable players with flair to flourish over the last couple of years, so in a different environment he may yet do well, so good luck to him. As for standards in the Scottish premier League, suspect that Rangers and Celtic might be top half of the English championship, with most of the rest lower half at best, with a few more like League One, so Motherwell not exactly a huge step up.

I always really liked Justin. Always tried hard for us and seemed a nice guy, but he just never looked the finished article - his crosses into the box were woeful and when things didn't go right for him, they really didn't. I agree a bit more focused training and he could be something special. Mitchell Pinnock is another ex-Stone who went north of the border and has started to score goals recently in the Scottish Prem. Am I the only one who sees the Motherwell transfer as a very decent move? The EPL it might not be, but it's definitely a step up in standard (and wages, surely?), he'll be knocking shoulders with some bigger names on a weekly basis and possibly reaching for Europa League football (they finished 3rd in 19-20, which i believe gets you into Europa League qualifiers in Scotland). Not only that but Motherwell fans have one of the best videos on Youtube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbsI72gebz0

Hopefully it turns out to be a good move for Justin. If he can just sort out his decision making process, particularly when being doubled up on, with the right coaching and players around him, he could easily flourish, and push on.

I think the answer to both posers is in the affirmative. But it also begs another question. Could you possibly be wrong about Justin ? Maybe, just maybe, the boy has some talent. I dont think talent was the problem, attitude and application was his real problems.

Undoubted talent but very frustrating at times. Perhaps Motherwell feel they can bring more out of him with the right coaching.

Wonder if we can get a non-football related chant going? 'Agadoo' probably gets my vote. Agadoo' probably gets my vote...

Justin is crying out for a manager to coach him. I’m sure ours have had a go but with some one on one management he could turn into a great player.
Massive potential.
