f**k the world cup, Fifa selling out like a load of scum it still it. It will be another shitty world cup in the winter with passionless filled stadiums. Thank god the Euro's are still played in Europe, although with the rate that Europe is expanding it wont be long until the Euro's are played in asia. Although I wouldnt be surprised to see Kazakhstan hosting a Euro's (as they are in the Euro's) and that country reaches further east that Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi ! yet they play in the Euro's! SO it wont be long until the Euro's are played in the Middle east, in the winter! edit, just checked and Saudi, Iraq and Iran are actually fuirther WEST than Kazakhstan, and Kazakhstan play in the Euro's. I wonder if they will all be applying to join the European football competitions. Just as with Qatar, I won't watch a world cup that is in a country that is so bad on human rights abuses. www.amnesty.org.uk/saudi-arabia-human-rights-raif-badawi-king-salmanMe neither. It makes me laugh that some argue by hosting a major sporting event there it could help modernise the country by shining a light etc.. That sure worked (not) with China (Olympics) and Russia ( winter Olympics and world cup) Looking forward to the 2038 world cup in North Korea or Israel ! (Sorry I forgot your not allowed to criticise Israel without being labelled as an anti-Semite)

I'm gonna try hard not to legitimise dreadful regimes. Saying that, if we don't oust this corrupt mob others will be saying the same about us in the future.

In similar vein to the opening post, thank christ that awful embarrassment of a home secretary has gone!
Welcome back Cameron. Only guilty of some undeclared investments and lobbying against rules. He'll have to up his corruption to stay in this government

They're all cunts. Left right, middle, left. Just a big circle of cunts. They all meet in the middle. Edit. This shouldn't be in the Maidstone united section.

There is a (sort of) football and indeed Maidstone analogy with Rishi Sunak's team. He keeps bringing in more players, in the hope it will make a difference, but when leadership is this weak, you lose your the dressing room and relegation is inevitable. George Osbourne for Chancellor anyone?

Just heard about Camerons appointment, let's hope the going doesn't get tough or he'll run away and hide again.

I always find this is a lazy way to let the most corrupt government in living memory (possibly ever) off the hook. I'm saying that's what you are trying to do because you're probably reflecting the general feeling of being weary from hearing about so much corruption, scandal and lying. Just remember it was not this bad before and we can reach a point again where government is not mired in corruption and lies at every twist and turn. If we don't strive for that then we tread down a dark path indeed and fascists fill the gap. Sewerella was trying her best to provoke a race riot at the cenotaph on Saturday, which could have been ongoing while you and I were in a crowd observing Hampton & Richmond's beautifully done tribute to personnel who lost their lives in war. We need to wish for better than disgusting pieces of filth like Sewerella.

Just heard about Camerons appointment, let's hope the going doesn't get tough or he'll run away and hide again. The great saviour of the Cons is the man who lumbered us with austerity and a vote for something that will hamper this country - financially - for decades to come and who was guilty of 'forgetting' £300k of investments in Panama and lobbying parliament (once out of government) through back door means and totally against rules. God give me strength.

George Osbourne for Chancellor anyone? Might as well have George back. It can't get any worse than it is now. What we need, as a population is to be told to tighten out belts, have stuff closed down and benefits cut. Alongside tax cuts for rich people, of course, as this will trickle down. The last bit might be good but I reckon Hampton and Richmond fans may have got involved to prevent this (let's see who works that one out)
