Even assuming they managed to disable the aircraft, it still amounts to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of stuff left behind. It has been an utterly woeful mess. Why would anyone help us again after we just abandoned those that did in Afghanistan. I hope they are all OK. As for the weapons, let's hope they stay in Taliban hands and don't get grabbed by something worse |

Tonight I went to my daughters' football training. We asked about the bits of kit that were still missing. It was explained to us that brexit meant it was still stuck in customs. This stuff got real!

Along with flu jabs, Christmas booze and household rubbish all in the wrong place because of a lack of lorry drivers.
Still, schools are back next week, so we should see some sunshine, an event very much lacking during the summer holidays.

The hypocrisy of Alex Johnson in saluting Raducanu's great victory. The same Johnson who employed race war tactics to win a political vote and grab power. Some of this was aimed at Romanians.

Johnson is on record as stating that EU migrants should not regard Britain as their own.
I think it resonable to assume there are no exceptions for migrants from Rumania.
Of course our chancer PM will look to bask in reflected glory.
What a hypocrite.
