I say it over and over and over again because it is true.i have also stated that I would rather have you as PM than Bojo, you can use your search button to verify this fact.Aah the problem is it is the truth and you cant handle the truth being obsessed as you are with lies, lies and more lies.😪 You might prefer me as PM. However, I am not in the running so you are a Johnson fan. No!

You could, of course, start a thread about what you are interested in rather than swearing constantly. I have pointed this out several times. Ram it up your dung funnel.

Criticising you doesn't count as defending Boris. You're both as full of shit as each other. It doesn't but then there are the times when you defend this abject apology for a government and I'm not involved at all. There are time when you defend them without attacking me. Neither of those fit into your excuse. The second half of what you say.... Well... When it starts going wrong play the man not the ball. I don't need to. I'd like to know when you think I've defended this government, other than over their handling of the vaccination programme, which I can see how anyone could fault, and maybe the decision to lift restrictions. But that's not really defending the government as much as being pragmatic. Believe me I wish we had an effective opposition but Hindsight Starmer is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

What a great leader we have. Delivering on our election commitments: putting us on track to recruit 20,000 more police officers and deliver 50,000 more nurses, confirming funds to start building 40 new hospitals and boosting the schools budget by £14.4 billion. Seizing the opportunities of Brexit: ending free movement, striking almost £900 billion worth of trade deals, establishing 8 new freeports and setting out bold reforms to slash unnecessary red tape. Levelling up all regions of the UK: delivering the biggest cash boost for the NHS in its history, giving the police the powers needed to keep all streets safe, launching a £4.8 billion levelling up fund and investing £640 billion in infrastructure across the country.

Whatever turns you on sweetie. 90 percent chance it's a wind up. In which case ... Chuckle. Chuckle. Chuckle. 10 percent you actually believe it. In which case you are a sick, twisted Johnson-rimming shower of goat spunk. Now f**k off.

Most of this has been debunked as nonsense time and time again. Questions. 1) what was the cut in police officer numbers during austerity? 2) The Tories admitted ages ago that the nurses plan included persuading a large number of existing nurses not to leave. I'm sure the generous pay increase will swing it. 3) What are the new trade deals? 4) Can you outline where these 40 new hospital will be. It's almost as though you just cut and paste something from a while back without checking it.

OK - back to the VIRUSSSSSSS!
The slowdown in the increase in infections of a few days ago has turned into an actual (and substantial) decline. Why?
1) We have passed the peak - the vaccinations have really reduced the infectable population.
2) The schools mostly packed up over a week ago and this has removed one of the main infection vectors.
3) Something else (BBC news thinks it's because the Euro 2020 related infection boom has now disappeared from the figures).
Personally, I'd love it to be 1), but I somehow doubt it, and I find 3) rather unlikely, so my money (32p) is on the schools breaking up. It's just too much of a coincidence that the figures have dropped so dramatically a week or so after most closed for the summer.
But, if I'm right, then it's all going to kick off again in September. Which, as a parent of school-age kids, is more than a little worrying.
Of course, the government could grab this opportunity, pull its collective fingers out, and try to get as many people double jabbed by September as possible. But, as the vaccination figures have been declining rapidly since June and the 'all adults' target of 19/7 was missed by a mile, I can't see this happening. At the present rate, by 1/9 we'll have reached 65% of the population double vaccinated (roughly 80% of adults) - good, but still far from herd immunity.
Still, enjoy the summer...

4. It's a miracle 5. Bojo and his cronies are jammy bastards and have just got lucky 6. People actually are being sensible
More likely, the Delta varient is sweeping through like a wave, with cases falling in areas that got it first, but rising elsewhere. Noticeable too how numbers in places like Canterbury and Durham have fallen dramatically since the university term ended. They've gone home to infect everyone else...
