They must think they can influence the outcome to make the effort.

My grandson attends the 6th form at Maidstone Grammar School.
Along with a couple of school pals he attended the Reform Party rally in Maidstone.
He tells me that they had never experienced a political event so toxic and frightening.
Immigrant bashing and hatred from facist minded bigots was as experience he won't forget in a hurry.

Tbf they learnt something worthwhile

All 3 lads will be voting for the first time at the GE and they went with open minds prepared to be persuaded.

Well they were persuaded but not in the way that Farage would have wished.

Thanks NWS. If they wanted to bring immigration down, the “boat ones” are an insignificant part of the number. Just always surprises me they get such air time
