Supporters seem blessedly content and full of positivity. Such a pity we are locked out from the stadium and away from the team. Maybe instead of watching away games on dodgy streams you could get down to the Gallagher and watch the under 23s. Wasn't a bad game yesterday, just a shame they couldn't take more than one of the hatful of chances that would have won the game comfortably. Admission was by donation and the town end bar was open, and it was just a good feeling to be back inside the stadium. Blimey. I remember the abuse I once got for telling people to watch a reserve game.

Blimey. I remember the abuse I once got for telling people to watch a reserve game. Not from me you didn't. Well apart from accusing me of snobbery, redefining words to claim I disliked new supporters, using a swearword before claiming it wasn't a swear word before claiming it was a typo and labelling my post as disrespectful you were a model of virtue.

Just seen the highlights and we had enough chances to bury them but couldnt quite do it. I felt it was another pitch overloaded with rubber pellets and you can visibly see the ball holding up on it,slowing play down and it seemed to be a hindrance to all of the players that were either shooting or clearing the ball. Both of our goals were well taken especially a brave header for the second. Havant will improve but only 2 games in so will we.

Our own camera, on the opposite side of the pitch and an operator who knows what to do. So clear view of the penalty, with no idea why Havant players were complaining. Porter's goal a beauty - more curl than outright power - and we score a header from a corner. No 'love train' beforehand either. Maybe a lesson there.

We have players who care this season, not just a bunch of journeymen.

From H&W
We’d like to thank all of our supporters and away fans for their patience in the lead up to Saturday’s game against Maidstone United, our first live streamed match of the 2020/2021 season.
We are aware that some season ticket holders and away supporters experienced difficulties with buffering during the live coverage; our team did their upmost to resolve these issues at that time however, following further investigations the issues encountered were with technical issues outside of the Clubs control.
As frustrating as this is for our loyal supporters, we remain committed to bringing the Hawks live games into your homes for you to enjoy. The team have worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks to deliver a seamless live coverage production and the work continues behind the scenes to improve upon the technical issues encountered.
Stuart Munro, CEO commented, “ For those who experienced these technical issues, I’d like to apologise on behalf of the Club, moving forwards please be assured we’ll be working hard to put remedies in place. As a gesture of goodwill we’d like to offer all our supporters the opportunity to watch the Hawks play Chatham Town on Wednesday’s FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round”.
This match will be streamed for free via our youtube account
