Heard that we have a friendly against Bromley tomorrow at home. Who will be tree climbing? They also have a game with Cray.

Shame Stones TV refuse to post here to publicise such things to Maidstone fans.

Nothing stopping other fans posting the news...as has happened.

Bugger I missed it. I assumed a 3pm kick off. They could have made it clear that KO was at 1:00. £5 wasted unless they have a re run.

the Stream worked well, hoooked up to the main TV. I can seet his becoming a common-thing now for the club. happy to pay a fiver to watch from the confort of home if i cant go. Im sure my wife will watch each match thats televised, as although she has a ticket, she wont be going for a long while.

Watched on the live stream and it was good watch, there was a little more energy and enthusiasm from the players today but very average performance, trialists again...not one stood out. Ellul, Khan and Rendell were impressive and the defending was better, Bromley’s two goals were sloppy to give away but no cause for concern but we are lacking something in midfield I think, need to do away with this trialists (we’ve seen enough of them now) and sign 2 experienced conf south level midfielders at least including a worthy replacement for Wishart who’s drive and force is going to be missed.

Just don't get a good feel about all these triallists Hak is looking at. Suggests we don't know much about them. 3 players signed that we didn't need to put under the microsope cause of their proven track record. Hope we are able to firm up on a couple more decent signings.

Not heard much from Hak at all so it was good to get in front of the cameras. Talked a lot of sense. Always helpful to share with supporters whats going on and he did.

I'm guessing that 450 is about half the recent norm on season ticket sales. Which probably represents the hard core of supporters who can actually afford to pay up front. Bill has made it clear that our budget is now much lower than in previous seasons. So a lot will depend in Hak's ability to identify inexpensive talent and turn water into wine.

Bill is hoping that the new stadium capacity limit will be as high as 1,400. If our average last season was around 1750, down around 600 or so from the National League halcyon days, then club income is facing another dramatic down-turn. There will be plenty of our over 60 supporters who won't be comfortable attending matches either. Not exactly 'happy days'. Still at least Hak sounds positive and upbeat enough.
