Though I have yet to purchase a copy I do understand there is an in depth feature in Stones legendary striker ,John Bartley. I will get my copy tomorrow, it must be worth a read especially for us more matureish supporters

Quality striker back in the day,what did he get like 50-60 goals in that season in the early 80s, him and ovard together were pretty good

Both Gall and Butler were favourites for the Golden Boot, but both were on the same number of goals - so neither would pass to the other! Incidently, I've never been able to remember the result of that game - I'm pretty sure we won, but not the score or the scorers. And, thanks to my completely-uninterested-in-football girlfriend of the time, we got there late, so I never got a programme!!!!! Am I still bitter about that? Only a bit...
