Not that odd really. Weymouth are probably at the limit of where they can go, Southend are a long established EFL club so definitely an upwards move for Molesley

Not that odd really. Weymouth are probably at the limit of where they can go, Southend are a long established EFL club so definitely an upwards move for Molesley Plus from a Southend point of view he was probably cheaper than some of the other efl merry go round managers.

I appreciate guys must grasp the opportunity of managing in the EFL when presented to them, but at Southend ? Really ?
